Police did not find two burglary suspects who were thought to be inside a home on 65th SW on Wednesday afternoon.
The Albuquerque Police Department’s SWAT team has responded to a home in the 400 block of 65th SW in search of two burglary suspects.
Police were called out to the area about 12:30 p.m. regarding a burglary in progress, according to APD spokeswoman Sgt. Trish Hoffman.
The two suspects are described as Hispanic males.
One of the men appeared to be in his 20s and was wearing a red football jersey. The other was wearing a blue football jersey, according to Hoffman.
It was not immediately known whether the men are still inside the home.
