LOOKING FOR THE LINES AT I-25/PASEO: Frank Bagnato emails that "the intersection of Interstate 25 and Paseo del Norte is badly in need of being re-striped. I travel through it each morning in the dark, and the turn lanes especially are essentially a free-for-all, with no clear lines visible at all."
