Two of television’s crime-and-punishment dramas are filmed in Albuquerque, and, on Sunday, cast and crew from USA Network’s “In Plain Sight” and AMC’s “Breaking Bad” met on the ballfield for a good cause — raising money for Youth Development Inc., a nonprofit offering programs for New Mexico children and their families. “In Plain Sight” is the story of a federal marshal with the witness protection program, portrayed by Mary McCormack, and “Breaking Bad” stars Bryan Cranston as a chemistry teacher who uses his knowledge in far less innocent endeavors, pressured to crime by circumstances. Sunday’s game was organized by Cranston and co-star Steven Michael Quezada. Cranston has said he hopes to make it an annual event.
The “In Plain Sight” team won, 5-4.
