Albuquerque police have arrested a long-time criminal judge for the Second Judicial District Court in Bernalillo County on charges of rape.
Deputy police chief Paul Feist said Judge Albert “Pat” S. Murdoch was arrested Tuesday, and also faces charges of intimidation of a witness.
Murdoch is the presiding criminal court judge.
Police say Murdoch is suspected of raping a prostitute in his home.
