Pasquale “Pat” D’Arco passed away on Friday, Jan. 13 after an extended illness.
D’Arco was mayor of Rio Rancho from 1990 to 1994.

A Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18 at the Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Road NE, Rio Rancho.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 19 St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Road, Rio Rancho.
