Drivers can expect delays at intersections throughout the city at around mid-day in connection with a procession following the funeral of former city councilor, mayor and Planning and Zoning Board Chairman Pat D’Arco who died on Friday from an extended illness.
The procession will begin about 11:30 a.m. and proceed north on N.M. 528/Pat D’Arco Highway to U.S. 550.
It will go west to Paseo del Volcan and proceed along Paseo del Volcan to the City Center and pass City Hall.
The route then goes along King to Unser and back to Paseo del Volcan, then along U.S. 550 to N.M. 528.
It will go south on N.M. 528 to Sara Road and Meadowlark Lane to the main entrance of the Daniels family Funeral Services Vista Verde Memorial Park.
