Ruidoso police are asking for help in locating a 73-year-old man who is in the early stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Kenneth Payne was last seen in Ruidoso on Friday, Jan. 20, according to a news release by the Department of Public Safety. He is a White man with gray hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Payne left his home on Friday, and is known to frequent the Adobe Gallery in town, the release said.
