New Mexico Young Actors, Inc. will present Meredith Willson’s “The Music Man Jr.” in public performances at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 14, and April 15 at the KiMo Theatre, Fifth and Central NW.
This abbreviated version features the colorful numbers of “Gary, Indiana” and “Seventy-Six Trombones.” “The Music Man” is an American classic, following fast-talking traveling salesman Harold Hill and his visit to River City, Iowa, where he meets and falls in love with the willful spinster librarian, Marian Paroo.
