Martin Heinrich Unveils Senate TV Ad on Facebook

Rep. Martin Heinrich, a Democrat running for U.S. Senate, is up and running with his first ad for the U.S. Senate.

Heinrich’s campaign posted the ad to Facebook this morning in advance of its television debut in New Mexico tomorrow. The spot features pictures of Heinrich as a kid and then shows images of him sitting with other adults drinking coffee at a table. The tone is warm and earnest as the congressman talks about “the dignity of work” and his hope to fight for American jobs in the Senate.

This ad is Heinrich’s first contribution to what is likely to be an avalanche of advertising – television, radio, online and direct mail – from New Mexico’s U.S. Senate candidates in the weeks and month’s ahead.
