“Welcome to Paradise!” was the friendly greeting I received when I walked up to place a takeout order. The sandwiches I got, however, would not make it as chow for residents of paradise. The reality was that the sandwiches were OK.
My son Nate and I split a roasted turkey artichoke ($8.69), which is one of two in the Premium Signature Hot Panini category on the menu. It came with a few chunks of turkey with melted asiago cheese on focaccia, a few leaves of fresh baby spinach, small pieces of roasted bell peppers and caramelized onions with an artichoke-Parmesan spread. The other sandwich was the Frontega Chicken ($7.19), which is in the Signature Hot Panini category. It was on focaccia with a few decent pieces of smoked, pulled chicken, tomatoes, a few slices of red onions and fresh basil-and-chipotle mayonnaise.
In both cases, the panini gave the impression this was a thick sandwich. In a way it was, because the bread made it thick.

Both sandwiches came with a delicious chocolate chip cookie. It belongs in paradise.
