Nibbles: Heaven Dragon Asian Cuisine

My colleague/lunch mate Rick and I zeroed in on the page of lunch specials in the menu. The page must have listed at least two dozen lunches, each for $5.55.

Each lunch comes with pork fried rice, an egg roll and a choice of either wonton or hot-and-spicy soup. Rick went for the Curried Chicken with hot-and-spicy soup and I got the Chicken with Mushrooms with wonton soup. The waiter said both dishes came with vegetables. He allowed us to substitute additional vegetables for the rice.

Rick said the curry on his dish was tasty. It came with loads of onions and a few sliced carrots and zucchini. My chicken dish came with a mildy spicy brown sauce. But I think I got the better of the deal when it came to the veggies. There were broccoli spears, green pepper, carrot slices, zucchini, bok choy and a few water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. We liked the flavor of the thinly sliced white meat chicken on our plates.
