Recycle Electronics at Cottonwood on Sat.

Cottonwood Mall is sponsoring an electronics recycling event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday with the recycling truck parked near T.G.I.F. on the south side of the mall, according to a news release.

Albuquerque Recycling Inc. will accept all electronics at no cost, except for CRT televisions which will require a $20 disposal fee, the release said.

Those concerned with eliminating access to sensitive personal information on a recycled computer’s hard drive, Albuquerque Recycling provides free hard drive data destruction, according to the news release.
