Subcontractor Assn. unveils award winners

The American Subcontractors Association of New Mexico recently announced its annual industry awards.

General Contractor of the Year/Under 50 Employees went to Shumate Constructors Inc. with HB Construction as first runner-up. General Contractor of the Year/Over 50 Employees went to Bradbury Stamm Construction Inc. with Klinger Constructors LLC as first runner-up.

The Architect of the Year award went to Dekker/Perich/Sabatini with Fanning Bard Tatum Architects Ltd. as first runner-up.

Winner of Engineer of the Year was Chavez-Grieves Consulting Engineers Inc. with Bridgers & Paxton Consulting Engineers Inc. as first runner-up.

Project of the Year Below $5 Million was the St. Jude Thaddeus project by Klinger Constructors. New Mexico One Call by Hart Design and Construction Inc. was first runner-up.

The Project of the Year/Above $5 Million was La Vida Llena by Bradbury Stamm Construction Inc. Centennial High School by Gerald Martin General Contractor was first runner-up.

Superintendent of the Year went to Rick Lockard with Jaynes Corp. Robert Ridenour with Klinger Constructors was first runner-up.

Project Manager of the Year was Doug Bolling with Jaynes Corp. Tyler Nunn with Mick Rich Contractors was first runner-up.

The Member of the Year winner was Marni Goodrich with Yearout Mechanical Inc. Dawn Gurule with Ashcraft Mechanical Inc. was first runner-up.

Vendor of the Year went to Atkinson & Co. Calvert Menicucci PC was first runner-up.
