3:29 p .m. – According to a Journal photographer, the scene has been cleared and there are no traffic problems in the area of Montaño and Rio Grande.
3:09 p.m. – A tractor-trailer is reportedly stuck underneath an overpass on Montaño at Rio Grande, causing a big backup.
Police reported that traffic is backing up in the eastbound lanes of Montaño Road. Drivers are urged to avoid this area.
In similar incidents in the past, other roadways have had to be closed so the truck could back up.
