I went for the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet ($7.95) rather than order off the menu. When I walked around the buffet stations, I decided there were so many food choices that I was probably going to have a chance to sample everything that was on the menu. Not quite.
In Round No. 1, I filled one plate with shrimp and mussels on the half shell. I squeezed lemon juice over the mussels and dipped them in my concoction of cocktail sauce and ketchup. The mussels were plump. The shrimp, which I dipped in the sauce mix, were firm.
With the other plate I got a selection of California rolls of sushi. They were good. I knew they were fresh because you could watch a person making them inside the station.

On Round No. 2, I filled it with stuffed mushrooms, baked fish, cheesy krabmeat, pieces of mildly seasoned Thai chicken and two potstickers. My favorites on that plate were the krabmeat and the potstickers. And I tried sautèed potato strips, nicely seasoned string beans, shrimp, carrots and krabmeat in a yummy garlic sauce and florets of broccoli from the chicken-broccoli container.
