Bernalillo County wants residents to share their experiences — both good and bad — with county government.
The county is offering an online survey, and people can also mail comments to “County Experience” at One Civic Plaza NW, 10th Floor, Albuquerque, N.M. 87102.
The county asks that residents be specific about what department they interacted with, what service they were seeking and the dates and times, if possible. Residents can remain anonymous.
“Great customer service is one of most important pillars of serving the community and we want to hear from you,” Bernalillo County Manager Tom Zdunek said in a written statement. “It doesn’t matter if you are a company or individual doing business with the county, a resident who interacted with a county employee or department, or even one of our own employees doing business with another department; we want to know about your experiences—good as well as not-so-good—so we can identify where we’re providing good service to our customers and where we need to improve.”
