2. The treasurer’s office should take advantage of social media; continue to provide on-line services that include payment access; and send out an informational brochure with the property tax bill.

3. Support the treasurer in: allowing information online and in a brochure; placing the quarterly report that is presented to the commission on the website; pro-active community-outreach; and competitive biding whether on-line payment or bank services.
