The U.S. Marshal Service in New Mexico has added a convicted sex offender to its New Mexico’s Most Wanted List.
Henderson Burke, 43, is a Native American male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 205 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair and his a tattoo on his right arm, according to the marshal’s wanted poster.
After serving 63 months on a sex-abuse conviction, Burke failed to register as a sex offender and is being sought by the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office and the Marshal Service for not complying with the terms of his release, the marshal service said in a news release.
Officials believe Burke is somewhere in New Mexico and has been on the run since January, the release said. He is considered to be extremely dangerous.
