The New Mexico Department of Health’s Stanford Public Health Office in Albuquerque will be offering flu vaccine at no cost from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, the department said in a news release.
People who want a flu shot should call for an appointment at (505) 841-4100 to reduce their wait time, but walk-ins are welcome, the release said. The Stanford Public Health Office is located at 1111 Stanford Dr. NE.
Public health offices around the state provide vaccine to people at high risk for serious illness or death from complications of flu and to those who have no health insurance.

# People who live with or care for those at high risk for complications from flu
# American Indians and Alaskan Natives
