Crews were dispatched at 9:14 a.m. to 620 Central Ave. SE in reference to a fire.
According to a City of Albuquerque Media Advisory: an elderly woman was acting out toward patrons next door and four witnesses say they saw the woman light a billboard on fire.
Sprinklers in the building contained the fire until crews arrived and were able to quickly extinguish it.
There was a minimal amount of damage and no injuries.
The woman was placed under arrest.
