A State Police officer investigates at the scene of a Wednesday morning crash that killed three people on Interstate 40 between Acomita and Grants. Police said an eastbound tractor-trailer crossed the median and collided head-on with a rental truck. The three in the rental truck died, and the tractor-trailer’s driver and passenger were injured.
