The city will begin negotiating soon with Geltmore Inc., which was selected Thursday as the winning proposer for the Downtown grocery store.
The company is proposing a four-story, 61-unit residential development that would include a 6,000-square-foot grocery store. The grocery would be run by the owner of P’Tit Louis Bistro, and it may have a bit of a French theme.
I’ll have more in tomorrow’s paper, of course.
