She steals his heart and his stuff

He’s a master at film.

The KiMo Theatre, 423 W. Central, is presenting Alfred Hitchcock’s 1964 film, “Marnie” as part of its Friday Fright Nights at 8 tonight. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Winston Graham and stars Tippi Hedren and Sean Connery. The psychological thriller follows Margaret, played by Hedren, who is a troubled young woman who steals from her workplace. Mark, played by Connery, hires Margaret at his company and falls in love with her only to be robbed by her. The original film score was composed by Bernard Herrmann.
