New Mexico drought watch: new long-range forecast offers no relief

Today’s monthly forecast offers little hope for drought relief in New Mexico, with odds favoring warm, dry weather at least through the end of June, and possibly longer. For the April-May-June period, the odds strongly favor dry conditions here, according to the federal government’s Climate Prediction Center:
