4:27 p.m. — Sheriff’s deputies identified 29-year-old Edward Quintana as a suspect in last night’s fatal shooting of 33-year-old Jason Estrada in the South Valley.
Detectives have an arrest warrant and are looking for the suspect, and are seeking help in finding Quintana from the public. Those with information are asked to call (505)798-7000.

2:01 p.m. — The man found dead from gunshot wounds Wednesday night in the South Valley was identified as 33-year-old Jason Estrada.
Police have not yet found a suspect, but they said a suspicious person was seen fleeing the area Wednesday night in a white Chevrolet Avalanche with custom wheels. The truck’s right rear-passenger window appeared to be broken out, police said.

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a suspicious death on the 1600 block of Atrisco Drive NW on Wednesday evening.
The BCSO spokesman has not yet released any other information about the death, but keep with ABQJournal.com for updates later tonight.
