The small fire in the bosque is 100 percent contained, authorities report.
The fire, southwest of where Paseo del Norte bisects the river, burned about two acres in an hour. Winds were light.
Salt cedar and other low-lying fuels were burned, authorities said.
The cause was under investigation.

The Bernalillo County Fire Department is on scene.
