The Rio Rancho baseball team generated just three hits on Friday afternoon in a 12-2, five-inning loss at Sandia.
Vic Chavez’s double, and singles by Evan Offutt and Angelo Lujan, were all the Rams could muster against Matadors’ right-hander Ryan Reinhart.
