Public Sector Personnel Consultants, an Arizona-based company the city hired to perform the study will give a presentation on their findings and answer questions.

City staff will make recommendations based on the study findings to the council at future meetings.

The council in November approved using up to $45,000 for the study. Barring any adidtional work by the consultant, the actual cost of the study will not exceed $26,500, according to a city release.
