Juan Hernandez, a metal finisher who works for general contractor A.S. Horner, installs a safety screen on the Bear Canyon Arroyo Trail Bridge over Interstate 25. The bridge, which runs from Osuna to the Bear Canyon trail on the west side of the interstate, was supposed to be completed at the end of this summer, but was delayed after parts for the art on the bridge were on back order, according to a city spokesman.
