The 30-foot-by-60-foot American flag at Don Chalmers Ford in Rio Rancho stretches straight out in Friday’s windy weather. “We are waiting for the wind to die down,” said Dave Cortese, service manager at Don Chalmers, about changing the flag, which has had some wear and tear in the winds.
