$2M Home Could Be Yours for Free

If you dream of a million-dollar-plus place to hang your hat, your dream is a lot closer than you think, and it has a shot at coming true.
The 14th annual Home & Garden Television Dream Home Giveaway will feature a massive abode in the San Pedro Overlook at Campbell Ranch gated community between Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
One lucky viewer will win the 3,900-square-foot three-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion — complete with guest house, office, theater and a GMC Terrain, valued together at $2 million — in March.
The winner of the 2009 giveaway in Sonoma, Calif., was one of more than 40 million entries, said HGTV spokeswoman Emily Yarborough.
Yarborough said anyone can take a paid tour of the home in January or February, proceeds from which will go to a yet-to-be-determined local charity.
The home will be unveiled Dec. 8 and online virtual tours start Dec. 14. The contest doesn't begin until January. For information, visit www.hgtv.com and click the "Dream Home" button.
