By Journal Staff Report

People who meet certain criteria can make appointments to get a swine flu vaccination by calling a city-run hot line, the city of Albuquerque announced Monday.
The New Mexico Department of Health plans to offer about 4,000 H1N1 vaccinations on Saturday. To make an appointment, call 833-6860 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. You must have an appointment to get a vaccination. The hot line also will manage calls for future H1N1 vaccine clinics.
Appointments can be scheduled for those who fit the following priority groups: pregnant women, children and young adults 6 months to 24 years, adults 25 to 64 with chronic health conditions such asthma, diabetes and heart disease, caregivers of infants less than 6 months old and health care and emergency medical personnel.
