N.M. Has $1.1M Hot Lotto Winner

Quick, check your Hot Lotto ticket.
Someone in New Mexico has purchased the only winning ticket in Wednesday night's drawing with a jackpot of about $1.1 million.
The winning numbers are 5, 17, 23, 29, 39 and the Hot Ball of 15. The winner can elect to take the pre-tax estimated annuitized jackpot of $1.1 million or the pre-tax cash value of approximately $720,000, according to New Mexico Lottery officials.
The ticket-holder should immediately sign the back of the ticket, meet with a financial adviser, call the lottery's security division and make an appointment to claim the prize at lottery headquarters in Albuquerque, lottery officials said.
This is the New Mexico Lottery's third Hot Lotto jackpot since starting the game in November 2006. Edward Boyd of Farmington won $1 million in August 2007, and David C. Fort of Albuquerque won $5.6 million in February 2008.
Hot Lotto is a multistate lottery. Jackpots begin at $1 million and increase by a minimum of $50,000 per drawing until someone wins. The odds of winning the Hot Lotto jackpot are one in nearly 11 million.
