Memorial Day Closures



          Here is the Memorial Day schedule for government offices and services.
        CITY OFFICES: Closed.
        CITY COMMUNITY CENTERS: Closed.
        FEDERAL OFFICES: Closed.
        COUNTY OFFICES: Closed.
        COUNTY COMMUNITY CENTERS: Closed.
        STATE OFFICES: Closed.
        DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS: The unemployment insurance call center will be closed. The unemployment claims system website, www.dws.state.nm.us, will be available from 3 a.m.-8 p.m., and the unemployment insurance toll-free phone option, 877-664-6984, will be available 24-hours a day for normal self-service functions. Banking institutions and the U.S. Postal Service will be closed. This will result in a delay of banking transactions for unemployment insurance debit card and direct deposit benefit payment recipients for those certifying Sunday. This will also result in a delay of mail delivery for a small portion of unemployment insurance claimants who receive checks.

        ABQ RIDE: No bus or Sun Van service.
        RAIL RUNNER EXPRESS: No service.
        CENTRAL NEW MEXICO COMMUNITY COLLEGE: No classes; offices closed.
        UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO: No classes; offices closed.
        CITY LIBRARIES: Closed.
        ALBUQUERQUE MUSEUM: Closed.
        ANDERSON-ABRUZZO ALBUQUERQUE INTERNATIONAL BALLOON MUSEUM: Closed.
        BIOPARK: Rio Grande Zoo, Albuquerque Aquarium and Rio Grande Botanic Garden: Open.

        INDIAN PUEBLO CULTURAL CENTER: Closed.
        NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CENTER: Closed.
        NATIONAL MUSEUM OF NUCLEAR SCIENCE AND HISTORY: Open.

Lucky Paws adoption center in Coronado Center open 11:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
