Bollywood Production To Be Filmed in New Mexico

Associated Press
SANTA FE — Bollywood director Anurag Basu will be in New Mexico for several weeks to shoot the feature film "Kites."
Gov. Bill Richardson's office says the film, an Indian love story, will be shot in Albuquerque and Santa Fe from July 28 through September 15. More than 100 local actors are expected to be hired.
Basu will be directing award-winning actor Hrithik Roshan and Barbara Mori.
Richardson's office says more than 100 major film and television projects have been shot in the state in the past six years.
