Dentist Accused of Practicing Without a License

Associated Press
The state Board of Dental Health Care says an Albuquerque dentist has been treating patients even though his license was revoked in May.
The board says Vincent Martinez has been working at several practices, most recently on Albuquerque's West Side.
The board says it has come across prescriptions that show Martinez has been working on patients.
His license was revoked because the board says he failed to attend treatment centers as required by his probation for substance abuse.
