Las Cruces Police Seek Sexual Assault Suspect

      LAS CRUCES — Las Cruces police are looking for a man they say sexually assaulted a 22-year-old woman Sunday morning.
    The woman told police she awoke around 2:30 a.m. Sunday to a man inside her home. She says he held a knife to her throat, raped her and forced her to bathe and wash her sheets before he left.
    The woman was being evaluated at Memorial Medical Center.
    Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call Las Cruces Crime Stoppers at 575-526-8000.
