Cincinnati Firefighter May Face N.M. Pot Charges

      CINCINNATI — A Cincinnati firefighter is on unpaid leave after he was arrested in New Mexico on a charge of transporting marijuana.
    Officials say 31-year-old Ryan Norman of suburban Mount Healthy was a passenger in a pickup truck that was towing a car in which police found 13 bags of marijuana weighing a total of 203 pounds.
    Norman is free on $5,000 bond and has not been indicted.
    State Police in Albuquerque say the truck had been pulled over for a minor infraction, but an officer observed Norman and the driver acting strangely and decided to search the car that was being towed.
