New Mexico Ski Season Starts This Weekend

Associated Press
The ski season in New Mexico is just around the corner.
The Sipapu ski area in Taos County will be the first to open — on Saturday.
Red River is scheduled to open Nov. 25, while Taos Ski Valley and Ski Santa Fe are planning to open on Thanksgiving Day. Other ski areas will announce dates later.
Ski New Mexico executive director George Brooks is encouraging skiers to dust off their equipment and hit the slopes.
