Santa Fe Man Killed at Drilling Site

Associated Press
SANTA FE — A Santa Fe man was electrocuted when the boom on a truck he was operating touched an overhead power line.
State Police said 52-year-old Thomas Lujan died Wednesday at the scene on N.M. 50 near Pecos.
He was the owner of Santa Fe-based Lujan Drilling.
His 31-year-old son, Thomas Lujan Jr., said his father was using the boom to try to lift a pump out of a well when the accident occurred.
