California Woman Killed in I-40 Crash West of Gallup

Associated Press
GALLUP — New Mexico State Police say a 47-year-old California woman has died in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 40 in western New Mexico.
The woman has been identified as Diana M. Spatola of Albion, Calif.
The crash happened Saturday night west of Gallup. Investigators say Spatola was headed west when she abruptly drove from the right lane across the left passing lane and into the median. The car rolled before coming to a stop on its roof.
Police are investigating the crash but say alcohol wasn't a factor.
