Eastbound I-40 Open Again Near Santa Rosa After Tractor-Trailer Rolled

Associated Press
Authorities have reopened eastbound Interstate 40 near Santa Rosa after a tractor-trailer rolled and closed the freeway for about two hours.
No word on whether there were injuries or if the accident was weather-related.
Highway crews worked overnight as the first winter storm of the season moved into northern and central New Mexico. State Police are reporting 1 to 4 inches of snow in the Gallup and Grants area, and snow is also on the ground in Farmington and Santa Fe.
Power outages are reported in Farmington and on Albuquerque's west side.
A winter storm warning is in effect for north-central New Mexico through 6 a.m. Thursday.
