HB320: Repeals the Little Davis-Bacon Act, which requires contractors on public works projects to pay, at a minimum, the prevailing wage for corresponding laborers or mechanics at other, similar projects. Marquardt, Roberts, Wallace.
HB321: When reviewing a constituent agency's decision, would require the Water Quality Control Commission to confine its review to the record that was before the constituent agency. Gubbels.
HB322: Provides that only County Clerks may mail out an application form for an absentee ballot and that they may do so only on request of the voter. Sandoval, Sanchez, Buffett.

HB326: Requires local school districts, at their own expense, to conduct background checks, including an FBI fingerprint search, on school volunteers who have unsupervised access to students. Marquardt, Hawkins, Williams.
HB327: Establishes that all persons have the right, without fear of penalty or reprisal, to form, join or assist labor organization or to refrain from any such activities. Marquardt, Mallory, Crook.
HB328: Redefines a "dependent child" as any child or ward attending high school or an alternative or special education program, for the purpose of determining benefit eligibility under New Mexico Works Act. Sandoval, Varela, Beam.
HB329: Gives district courts the authority to issue an ex parte written emergency order of protection when a law enforcement officer and the court find reasonable grounds to believe that a petitioner is in immediate danger of domestic abuse following an incident of domestic abuse by a household member. HB330 GF: Commission on Higher Education, funding for summer institutes and on-going assistance to New Mexico teachers in teaching and promoting the teaching of geography in statewide. Stewart, Salazar, Garcia.

HB332: Allows the issuance of a general dentistry license by credential to an applicant who has maintained a uniform service practice in the U.S. military or Public Health Service for three years immediately preceding the application, or who is duly licensed by examination under the laws of another state.
