To nominate a high school senior girl for the 2010 SAGE Making a Difference award, use this form.
In addition to your nomination, the young woman must submit an application with her vital information and a 500-word essay about what she is doing to make a difference and why. (If she is submitting online, it is a good idea to write the essay off line, then cut and paste it into the form on the nominee page.)
Make sure she completes her application by March 26. Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
If the young woman you are nominating prefers to submit her application through the mail, she must mail it to:
2010 SAGE Making a Difference Contest, P.O. Drawer J, Albuquerque, NM 87103
For any questions, please call SAGE Editor Carolyn Flynn at 823-3870.
All applicants will be informed of the winners via mail. Please do not call. If you are submitting online, it is a good idea to write your essay off line, then cut and paste it into the form on this page.
