To apply for the 2006 SAGE Making a Difference award, you must be a high school senior graduating by May 2006. (It's OK if you are a superstar who graduated a little early.)
Your complete application package must be received by March 10. Use the following checklist so that you make sure you have everything. Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
- This application form
- A 500-word essay about who you are, how you are making a difference and why it's important to you.
- A 300-word nomination letter.
Remember, someone must nominate you - a teacher, adviser, priest or pastor, employer or volunteer activities coordinator.
If your nominator prefers to mail the letter of recommendation, he or she must mail it to:
