Making a Difference 2006
   If you know of a high school senior girl who is committed to making a better world, nominate her for the 2006 SAGE Making a Difference award.
    The award is sponsored by the Albuquerque Journal's SAGE Magazine, Dillard's, American Home and Gardußos of Mexico. Winners receive gift certificates from American Home and Dillard's, as well as a full makeover from Dillard's. They will be honored at a luncheon at Gardunos.
    Submit applications by mail or at our Web site (forms below).
   Applications must include the following:

A nomination letter, not to exceed 300 words.

An essay, about 500 words, from the young woman about what she's doing to make a difference and why.
   Please be sure to include the nominees's daytime phone number and address. Provide an e-mail and cell phone if she would like to be contacted that way. Also provide your daytime number.
   A complete application package must be submitted by March 15. Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
