Sunday: Brian Cavazos-Galvez had a single and a double in the Isotope’s eight-run sixth inning as Albuquerque secured a split of a doubleheader with an 8-5 win at Nashville.

Logan Schafer’s walkoff homer in the bottom of the seventh gave the Sounds a 2-1 victory in the opener.

Up next: The Isotopes begin an eight-game homestand Monday. They face the Redbirds through Thursday, then take on the Iowa Cubs Friday through July 23.
