♦ SATURDAY AFTERNOON at 2 pm three lady wannabe college basketball referees came to town and stole the ball game from the Lady Lobos. This was one of the worst officiated games ever to grace the confines of the PIT. When a group of us on the West side became incensed at the fact that Arizona had 1 foul and the Lobos 6, despite hacking, hand checking, over the back rebounding and pushing and shoving they let the Wildcats get away with time after time the head referee came over and threatened to have us thrown out if we kept insisting she call the game the same way at both ends of the floor.
