This was probably the hardest Top 25 ballot of the season, and certainly took me as long any previous ballot.
Some teams I just know are better than their résumé and voted them that way. Some teams have a résumé that I felt I couldn’t ignore even though the eye test gives me serious doubts.
Like every voter, I used a mix of all sorts of reasoning on this ballot so don’t go trying to figure it out. And yes, I know, you can probably tell me why my rational for putting one team ahead of your team makes me a complete moron because I probably used the exact opposite rational for ranking some other team in the poll.
Enjoy and, as always, keep the emails (ggrammer@abqjournal.com) and Tweets (@GeoffGrammer) coming.
