Friday: The Isotopes spotted the Cubs a 3-0 lead but rallied for a 10-6 victory.

Iowa got two runs off of Albuquerque starter Matt Magill on three hits and two walks in the first, but the Isotopes used a six-run fifth to take a 7-3 lead and added a run in the sixth and two in the eighth in front of 3,918 fans in an afternoon game that lasted 3 hours, 25 minutes. There were 27 hits and 11 walks.

This and that: Dee Gordon, who stole a team-high 32 bases with the Dodgers last season, swiped his first with the Isotopes this season during Thursday night’s 10-3 win and he stole his second Friday. … For the second straight game, Albuquerque batted around in an inning. On Thursday, it did it in a seven-run seventh.

… Elian Herrera and Alex Castellanos have had two RBIs in each of the first two games.
